New Cabin Modifications DOA privilege for PMV Engineering

Following the review of several pilot projects , EASA granted PMV Engineering the privilege to issue eligible STCs, and as a first step, to approve major changes related to cabin reconfiguration on B737-8MAX, from a zero passenger layout to an approved seating configuration.

This additional PMV Engineering’s DOA privilege will allow Airlines or Lessors facing shortage of passengers’ seats at time of Aircraft assembly line exit to achieve a standard configuration in a short period of time.

From now on, PMV Engineering is then be able to cope with these modifications in few days rather than few months previously.
